Elena forged her career at Goldman Sachs from 1999. Initially in Fixed Income, Elena had operational responsibility over EU Governments, including bond auctions and buy-backs, and the first ever sovereign syndicated issuances. A strong compliance culture and uncompromising standards were invaluable as Elena moved from securities to the private side supporting leverage finance and senior bank debt businesses, straddling Chinese walls and working closely with legal counsel and Compliance. All the while, Elena remained a pivotal member of the GS Women’s Network and a supporter of charitable initiatives. Elena co-founded Finex LLP in 2010.
Alexandros Tselentis
Partner – Investment Manager
Alex started his career in earth dams and water pipelines in Africa, but by 2010 had built up sufficient experience in Equities to set up his first Long/Short Equity EU Fund, as well as advising on Renewable Energy projects in the Caribbean. By 2013 Alex launched the first truly SRI Hedge Fund in Clean Tech & joined Finex LLP in 2015. Alex is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI and holds their Diploma in Fund Management and Investment Analysis. He read Civil Engineering at the University of Cape Town, has an MBA from Henley Management College, and is also a Chartered Management Accountant. Alex also holds a Master of Philosophy from the University of Stellenbosch.
Andrew J.S. Gebhardt
Managing Partner
Andrew moved into Finance from Civil and Nautical Engineering in 1995. Over the subsequent years Andrew worked for a number of Tier 1 institutions, in which he developed and implemented Futures and Options strategies based on Technical and Statistical Methods. During the 2007 Credit Crisis, Andrew managed the dismantling of a significant defaulting options position on behalf of SocGen (Newedge). In 2010 Andrew co-founded Finex LLP and has grown the partnership into a UCITS and AIFM firm. In 2015 Andrew won the Technical Analyst Award. Andrew holds a BEng in Civil Engineering Design and Management from Cardiff University.
George Maraveyas
Legal Counsel
While working for Odyssey Analytic SA (Schweiz), George worked on equity analysis and research, as well as patenting a number of Blockchain based processes in Europe and Asia. George has been counsel and compliance to a number of financial entities both on and off shore.
Andrew Rozzier

Andrew is a Civil Engineer who moved to IT Leadership in 1997. Since then Andrew has worked in various organisations from the commercial sector, Government to very large Charities, covering varied roles from implementation to efficiency and transition.
